Valentine's Day sashimi at Jang

VALENTINE'S DAY DINNER

Love is in the air and the team has come up with a spectacular Valentine’s Day menu which looks just as good as it tastes.

Priced at £65 per person for three courses and a cocktail, chef Dana has prepared a starter of Hamachi or Salmon Sashimi with beetroot Jangajji dressing, lovage chilli oil and baby basil followed by a main course of Dry-aged Sirloin Steak or Sea Bream served K-BBQ-style alongside ssam lettuce, Maldon salt with sesame oil, ssamjang and jumeokbab rice (or you can upgrade to A5 Wagyu Steak or half a lobster with chilli butter for an extra £25) before a dessert of Sweet Puffed Rice Gangjeong skewer with dried raspberries and raspberry sorbet.

It’s exclusively available for dinner on Friday 14th February so get your booking in early!
