Experience a one-night Sri Lankan–Korean dining collaboration as Chef Dana Choi joins forces with Tasha, the Sri Lankan-born chef and cookbook author behind Jayaflava: A Celebration of Food, Flavour and Recipes from Sri Lanka, also seen on BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen and BBC Radio 6 Music.
