JANG SUPPER CLUB

This February, The Jang Supper Club returns, on the 28th, with  a one-night Thai Korean collaboration, bringing together two food cultures that share a love of spice, fermentation, and bold, layered flavour. Jang’s Executive Chef Dana Choi is joined by Jane Alty, the New Zealand–born, London-based chef behind some of the capital’s most influential modern Thai kitchens of recent years.

Known for her time at Michelin-starred Nahm under David Thompson and as co-founder of The Begging Bowl, Jane’s cooking is rooted in Thai tradition while pushing flavour, texture, and balance to their limits.

Together, Dana and Jane will present a four-course tasting menu designed as a conversation between Thailand and Korea; where heat meets umami and herbs meet fermentation.
