
We’re raising a glass to the launch of our favourite Wine of the Week at Engel and Jang. Each week, guests can sip and savour a specially selected wine at a reduced price.
This week we have not one but TWO brilliant bottles.
First up is a Greco di Tufo 2024 DOCG from Caggiano, Italy. It pairs perfectly with our Lobster Kal-Guksu; slow-cooked lobster, kal-guksu noodles in chilli butter, perilla soy vinaigrette and spring onion.
Or if you’re still savouring rosé season, take a sip of Akakies Xinomavro Rosé 2024, Ktima Kir-Yianni. It pairs neatly with our Summer Vegetable Bibimbap; green and yellow courgette, pea shoots, spinach, baby carrot, egg yolk, Airang rice, bibim soy sauce.
