For one night only, Friday 8th November, Jang’s brilliant Head Chef Dana Choi will be cooking with her mentor Judy Joo, once again.

The duo have prepared an exquisite six-course Korean Banquet, including traditional Korean Mandu dumplings stuffed with wild mushrooms, Pajeong pork, seafood and spring onion pancake, with the main event of either barbecued wagyu beef or lobster served Hanseng-style with an array of delicious accompaniments.
